ABILITAZIONE AL VOLO CON PASSEGGERO

Per il rilascio dell’abilitazione all’uso degli apparecchi VDS biposto con passeggero a bordo è richiesto il possesso di uno dei seguenti requisiti:

1. attestato di istruttore VDS conseguito in data anteriore all’entrata in vigore del presente regolamento;
2. autocertificazione relativa allo svolgimento di almeno trenta ore come responsabile ai comandi e superamento dell’esame di cui all’articolo 17, comma 3*.
3.  brevetto o licenza le cui abilitazioni di pilota di velivolo o di elicottero siano in corso di validità ovvero scadute da non oltre un anno;

* L’esame per il conseguimento della abilitazione al pilotaggio di apparecchi VDS biposto con passeggero a bordo è svolto mediante una prova di volo con istruttore designato dall’Aero Club d’Italia.

La prova di esame per il rilascio dell’abilitazione al volo con passeggero è svolta presso la Scuola di volo che abbia notificato ad AeCI la richiesta con preavviso di almeno 15 gg. dalla data indicata nella domanda.

 Sono ammessi all’esame i candidati in possesso dei requisiti di cui all’Art. 11 comma 2 lett. B) del D.P.R. 133/2010, che abbiano svolto almeno 3 ore di volo in addestramento con l’Istruttore della Scuola che presenta il candidato.

PASSENGER FLIGHT ENABLE

For the issue of the authorization to use the two-seater VDS devices with a passenger on board, the possession of one of the following requirements is required:

1. VDS instructor certificate obtained prior to the entry into force of this regulation;
2. self-certification relating to the performance of at least thirty hours as the person in charge of the controls and passing the exam referred to in Article 17, paragraph 3 *.
3. patent or license whose qualifications as an airplane or helicopter pilot are valid or have expired for no more than one year;

* The examination for obtaining the qualification to pilot two-seater VDS devices with a passenger on board is carried out by means of a flight test with an instructor designated by the Aero Club of Italy.

The exam for the issue of the license to fly with a passenger is carried out at the Flight School that has notified AeCI of the request with at least 15 days notice. from the date indicated in the application.

Candidates in possession of the requirements referred to in Art. 11 paragraph 2 letter. B) of the D.P.R. 133/2010, who have completed at least 3 hours of flight training with the Instructor of the School presenting the candidate.
